Brothers Conflict Episode 6 Review

CaptureSeriously, what are the chances of every single brother falling for their younger sister? They seriously need more female friends in their lives. I’m starting to like Iori too, he’s so sweet and gentle… I wish he’d bring me flowers!

A lot of conflict is happening between Tsubaki and Azusa and Subaru and Natsume. Futo has recently transferred to Hinode High School, grown a few inches in height and is starting to hit on his older sister. Having Yuusuke, Futo and Chi at the same school is definitely going to keep things exciting. I love how the role of “guardian” is shifted down from one brother to the other when the elder ones are busy.

oaeTsubaki and Azusa are fully aware that each other’s twin is in love with their sister. I think each brother is thinking the same – “She’s my sister, but we’re not technically related so I can hit on her right?” At least Juli’s not attached to Chi 24/7, making it easier for interactions with her siblings.

gFor Chi’s personality, I’m not entirely sure if she has any outstanding personality traits. She seems like a really kind-hearted girl who cares very much about family and is always there to lend a hand to someone in need. She’s totally complacent when her brothers come on to her LOL but I guess that’s where we get the bulk of stereotypical otome elements.

“I’m starting to get a little worried…” (Chi) <- UNDERSTATED MUCH?

w2Who do you guys think Chi should end up with? What will happen to the sibling relationships between the other brothers if she ends up choosing one of them? I wish I could have thirteen super cute brothers for my birthday present! Would that be awesome or just troublesome? Does anyone else think Tsubaki and Futo are just a little bit yandere?

Also, I think I’ve comlpletely learned everyone’s names! – Masaomi, Ukyo, Natsume, Iori, Kaname, Subaru, Hikaru, Louis, Tsubaki, Azusa, Yuusuke, Futo, Wataru.

In the previews for next week it looks like there will be some intense drama stirring between Futo and Yuusuke… I love the use of flowers as symbols to connect the siblings. In the next episode, when the family puts together a flowerbed, we’ll learn more about the imagery.

I hope you guys liked this review! Thank you so much for dropping in and for all the support I’ve gotten so far!!
