After all the season finales of the summer anime series I’ve been following, I might start writing final reviews in pairs because the penultimate episode always leaves you with a serious cliff-hanger. Kimi no iru Machi does that in Episode … Continue reading
Hi guys, how are you all?
We’re starting to get into the cool fall weather and the flu is really going around so I hope you’re all well! By now, you guys will probably have noticed that I’ve changed a few things on the site in terms of layout and look. Since all my posts are organized into categories, or featured on the Recent Posts widget, the home page should generally load faster and hopefully everything is more easily navigable for you guys.
I’ve decided to feature all my latest updates and news on a Cloudy Says page so be sure to check there if you’re ever wondering what I’m up to. As well, fall is the season for many many new manga releases so for fans of the series “Are You Alice?” I’ve already planned a review for volume 2 as well as one for volume 6 of Betrayal Knows My Name. Of course, these are just the series that I personally follow and several other manga that I have purchased are still sitting on my shelf waiting to be read and reviewed!
The beginning of October also brings us the new releases of the fall anime season. If you guys are interested in what that may entail, check out my Fall Samples post for my picks this season. I can’t wait to check out the new shows and a poll will be coming up very soon for you all to vote on what reviews you want this season. Right now, I’m following Diabolik Lovers and from the summer season, Kimi no Iru Machi has just finished this week so I still owe you guys one last summer anime review.
On a side note pertaining to the may-or-may-nots, I’ve recently made an otome buddy who has me playing Starry Sky~After Spring. I’m currently in the middle of the visual novel so depending on how I feel after I’ve completed the routes, I am considering a review of the game as well as a review of the game Second Reproduction that I finished a while ago.
Now that my Cloudy Says news are going to be perpetually posted on a page, I hope you guys will find it easier to follow along my blog agenda. Thank you all so much for dropping in. It means a lot to me that you take the time to read what I write.
What are you pondering today?
Hi everyone! If you’ve checked out my latest Cloudy Says post, you’ll know that I am still internet-less and I have been scouring the streets for internet restaurants and starbucks… yes, I’ve been drinking a lot of Starbucks for the … Continue reading
Whoa, time skip!! We’re thrown a year and a half further into the future where Haruto’s about to enter university and currently dating Asuka. Haruto and Asuka make plans to take a vacation together and Haruto gets a job in … Continue reading
I kept putting off this review because I knew this episode was going to be sad. AND IT WAS. Kyousuke’s illness and his impending surgery puts everyone in a strained position. The success rate is low and ultimately it’s Kyousuke’s … Continue reading
Rating: 4/5 happy clouds This episode left me with a really warm and fuzzy glow inside. I was so touched by Haruto’s actions (as stupid and idiotic as they were). The plot picks up right when Haruto confronts Eba and … Continue reading
Hi guys! I’ve been super busy with the summer anime episode reviews every week that I haven’t had time to update you guys on what else I’ve been doing.
To be honest, I’m a little bored with reviewing some of the series as of now but because many of them are 12-13 episodes, we’re just about halfway through all of them and hopefully things really pick up in the plot before any big reveals or climactic twists.
As of yesterday, both the full opening and ending songs of Kimi no Iru Machi have been released. I’ve been waiting for the opening for so long. It’s so catchy, it’s one of my new favourites!
I have a few “Out of the Box” planned for later on since the first one was posted just recently. As well, I have a lot of manga lined up for the next while. I’m still learning to balance the seasonal anime episodes with my manga, otaku and other reviews. Thank you all for bearing with me, following and being supportive!
I’m also trying to keep up with my fan art and drawings but those always seem to fall through the cracks when things pile up. FanExpo Canada is also coming up at the end of the month and I’ve been eagerly preparing for that. The official floor plan and schedule have been released so if you guys are going you can definitely check that out on the official FanExpo Canada site.
Lastly, hotmail has been seriously derping me this summer. I’ve gone through two email addresses already. Something always goes wrong so I’m switching to gmail. If I gave you my card at Atomic Lollipop or if you’re looking for me for photography, I’ve changed my email. You can find me at email@example.com if you can. For the next while, I’ll still be dropping into my old email to make sure all my contacts are moved to my new one just to be safe.
Thank you guys for sticking with me so far. I’m trying my best to put out new reviews every day and hopefully you guys can find something you like. If you like what you see, don’t forget to share with your friends and follow for notifications of new content! Thank you again for dropping in to visit and I’m sure I will talk to you guys very soon!

Rating: 4/5 curiously excited clouds The episode begins with a flashback in Hiroshima with Eba attempting to make the bentos for lunch and trying to ride a bike. Eba and Haruto are spending more and more time together leading other … Continue reading
The events of this episode made me wonder whether or not these sort of things happen in real life. I mean, it was really serendipitous how everything tied together at the end of the episode. Initially, I thought the main … Continue reading
Hi everyone! How are your weekends? Mine’s great! I’ve been busy catching up on new anime releases and this week’s episode is really good! Every Saturday night I end up watching Kimi no Iru machi before I go to bed … Continue reading
